The Kids Can Do It Block Watch Program is a community project founded in 1993 under the umbrella of the Kids' Place Safe house summer and after school program which began in 1989.
Kids' Place is under the umbrella of the Arizona Black United Fund Inc. (ABUF). abuf
The Kids Can Do It Block Watch Program (KCDIBW) teaches self respect and independence to at risk minority children by showing them that they are a valuable resource for the community through the four basic rules of the program Block Watch
