The children at Kids Place learn about plants and nature, gardening skills and    the unending responsibility of taking care of something.  They watch their labors turn into the miracle of life.

The children learn that sowing seeds, caring and nurturing for their plants, trees or flowers, they are not only making the world a more beautiful place, but they are learning valuable life lessons.  

Gardening grounds us, teaches us stability, spirituality and getting dirty can be fun too!

The children learn that if they plant a fruit tree, when it bears fruit they can share that with others or sell the fruit to make money.  They also learn that by using their skills they can never go hungry.
